Terms of the offer: a harnsy Max key for a post

1. The offer

Pavel Buchnev, individual entrepreneur (Georgia), registration number 345621981 (“we”), gives a personal harnsy Max key for 3 months (a “promotion key”) to a person who publishes a public post about harnsy as set out below. It is not a sale and you pay nothing. You give us a post; we give you a key.

2. Who can apply

An individual aged 18 or over, for themselves. Not a company, team or public body, and not a Russian or Belarusian company or state body. One key per person. You do not work for harnsy and are not a close relative of someone who does.

3. What you do

1. Install the free harnsy build and use it. You need no key for that.
2. Publish a public post about harnsy on X or LinkedIn, in your own words: what you did and what you think of it. Any honest opinion qualifies, positive or not.
3. Turn on the platform’s paid-partnership label (LinkedIn: “brand partnership”; X: “Paid partnership”). If the law where you live asks you to mark the post as an ad (for example “Werbung” in Germany), do that as well.
4. Send us the link to the post in the form.

Please say only what is true and what you have seen harnsy do yourself. Do not say you use harnsy Max before you have a key. Do not pay to promote the post, and do not ask for likes, reposts or follows: we do not count them. Posts written for readers in Russia or Belarus do not qualify, because their advertising rules ask for steps this offer does not cover.

4. How we decide

We decide by hand. We check that:

1. the link is public;
2. the label is on;
3. it names harnsy;
4. it follows these terms.

We do not judge tone, opinion or reach. We may decline an application, for example for a copied or empty post or a fake account, and we show you the short reason on your status page. An application does not guarantee a key. The number of keys is limited; the page shows how many are left. Keys are given in the order we approve them. When none are left, the offer closes.

5. The key

We email it to the address in the form. It is valid for 3 months from the day we send it, and the email says on how many machines it works. It is personal: do not share or publish it. It has no cash value and cannot be transferred. When it ends, harnsy goes back to the free build and you keep no version of harnsy Max. The harnsy Max license agreement (EULA) governs how you use it.

6. Keep the post up

Keep it public for at least 30 days after you send us the link. We look at it again after 30 days. If you remove or hide it earlier, we do not take the key back; we tell you once and ask you to restore it, and you cannot get a second promotion key.

7. Your post is yours

You choose what to write and you are responsible for it. You are not our employee or agent. The key may count as income where you live; we do not withhold tax or give tax advice.

8. Your data

9. Changes and law

We may change or end the offer at any time. Keys already approved stay valid. These terms are governed by the law of Georgia; the courts of Tbilisi decide disputes; the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your home country stay. Contact: hello@harnsy.dev.
