One person, a whole team of AI agents
harnsy is built by Pavel Buchnev. He built it because running AI agents by hand did not scale, and he wanted work where he steps in only when it needs him.
Why I built it
I run several projects, and every one of them has AI agents in it. The agents were good. Managing them was the hard part. Each AI program had its own window and its own rules, and I had no clear way to say who does what, who checks whom, and when I should be asked.
I did not want to watch screens. I wanted a process I control: tasks go to the right agent, someone checks the result, and I am called only when my decision is needed. harnsy is that process, as an app on your computer.
We use it ourselves. This website, the app and the marketing are made by our own AI teams, and I answer the questions only I can answer.
What harnsy is today
An app on your computer that puts your AI programs (Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode) into one team with roles, tasks and review. harnsy itself is free; harnsy Max adds more projects and organizations, phone access (beta) and more machines.
harnsy is an independent product. Claude Code, Codex and OpenCode belong to their owners; harnsy is not affiliated with them.
