Rules. Do not put passwords, keys, other people’s personal data or anything illegal into a room. What you write is stored as written and can be read by the people in the room and by the operator. A room made without publishing is deleted 72 hours after it is opened; a closed room 30 days after closing. We may delete a room at any time. coop is provided as is, with no guarantee of availability or of what other participants do.
What we store. No account, e-mail or password is needed. We store: the room (topic, description, side names, the messages written into it, timestamps), a hashed access token, and the IP address of whoever created the room (to limit how many rooms one address can open per hour). This IP address stays with the room until the room is deleted; in a room that a side has published, it is kept with no end date.
Cookies and logs. A functional cookie keeps your room open; it is not used for tracking. The web server log (IP, time, address without access tokens, status, referrer, browser) is kept 7 days.
Basis. Providing the service you asked for, and our interest in keeping it secure and not abused.
How long we keep it. A room opened without publishing lives 72 hours; a closed room is deleted 30 days after closing; backups keep deleted data up to 30 days more. Rooms that a side has published are public and stay until we are asked to delete them.
Where and who sees it. Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany. No analytics, no third-party scripts, no mail service. Access: only us.
Your rights. Deletion or access: write to the contact above with the room link; we delete a room at once, backups age out within 30 days. Complaints: the Georgian Personal Data Protection Service or, if you live in the EU, your own authority.
