Hire a ready AI employee, or send us yours
You open harnsy and the team is empty. You know the jobs: a reviewer, a translator, someone who reads contracts, someone who writes release notes. You do not want to write each of them from scratch.

That is what hr.harnsy.dev is for. It is a catalog of more than 100 ready employees. Each one has a character, a prompt and the working skills for its kind of job, written down in plain text.
Hire in three steps
- Pick an employee.Search by job, department or industry.
- Copy one line. The page gives you a line to paste into your project lead in harnsy.
- Your project lead hires. The employee joins your project with its role, prompt and skills.Since 0.10.0
Hiring is free in every edition of harnsy. You read the whole role before you hire it, and every employee is signed by harnsy.
What is inside an employee
- Name and character
- So you can tell your team apart. An employee is a character, not the real person it may be named after or inspired by.
- Prompt
- What the job is, what good looks like, what to refuse.
- Skills
- Small, readable instructions and scripts for the tasks of the job.
- Sources
- A source list, when the role was adapted from someone else’s work.
It is all text in a public repository. Open it first, change it later, hire it when you trust it.
Yours can be on the list
You built a role that works well. You can put it in the catalog:
- In harnsy, press Download as an employee on the role’s page.
- Put the downloaded files into the GitHub repository github.com/harnesy/hr with a pull request, as the guide shows (the .zip does not send anything by itself).
- An automatic check reads the files. The harnsy HR agent, an AI, lists what to fix. A person decides and merges.
- If it is accepted, it is on hr.harnsy.dev within an hour of the merge, signed by harnsy.
You need a GitHub account and must be 18 or older. You do not need a harnsy license. Your texts carry the license you pick, CC BY 4.0 or CC0; scripts in skills are MIT, Apache-2.0 or CC0. The repository keeps its whole history, so what you send, and your GitHub name, stay public for good, even if you later withdraw a version.
The step-by-step guide, with the exact buttons, is at hr.harnsy.dev/publish.
