You pay for software, not for tokens.
harnsy turns the AI agents you already use into a team on your computer. They work on your own subscriptions. harnsy Max is a software license, and it is the only thing we charge for.

What happens, step by step
You tell the lead what you need.
You set the roles and their instructions, or ask the lead to. Then you say, in plain words, what you want done.
The lead hands out the work.
The lead plans the work and splits it between the roles. harnsy decides none of that.
Your agents work on your subscriptions.
Claude Code, Codex and OpenCode do the work on your own AI subscriptions. harnsy connects them: messages go straight into the session each agent is in, and tasks, roles and handover notes are kept in harnsy, so the work does not depend on one session.
You accept the result.
Finished work comes to you as a card: accept it, or send it back with a note. What waits for you is in one place.
Who does what
harnsy does
- Connects your agents: it starts and watches their sessions and delivers messages straight into the session each one is in.
- Keeps the work: tasks, roles and handover notes, and a dashboard of what is stuck and what waits for you.
Your agents do
- Plan the work, split it between the roles and do it: the code, the text, the plan.
- Run on your own Claude Code, Codex or OpenCode subscription, and ask you when the decision is yours.
What you pay for
You pay for
- harnsy Max, a software license renewed yearly. It adds more projects and organizations and your phone (beta), and one key works on up to 3 of your computers at once. A harnsy Max key is checked with our license service about once a day.
- Your Claude Code, Codex or OpenCode plan, to Anthropic, OpenAI or your model provider. harnsy does not sell, resell or bill for it.
harnsy does not charge for
- Tokens or AI credits.
- Tasks, results or generated content.
Free and harnsy Max
harnsy is free for 1 organization and 2 projects, with no limit on agents. Claude Code, Codex and OpenCode plans are paid to their providers.

Questions
Do I need AI subscriptions?
Yes. harnsy runs your agents; it does not replace them. You need at least one coding agent (Claude Code, Codex or OpenCode) that you are signed in to, and you buy that plan from its provider.
Do you charge for tokens or tasks?
No. harnsy Max is a software license. harnsy does not charge for tokens, tasks or results; your AI usage is billed by your own provider.
Does harnsy use an AI model of its own?
No. harnsy has no model of its own and no AI key of its own, and it does not plan or decide who does what: your lead agent does, on your subscription. When a model is called, it is yours: the Assistant is an ordinary agent (Claude Code, Codex or OpenCode as you choose) on your login, and its requests go on unchanged to your provider; dictation sends audio to the speech service you add.
Where do my projects live?
harnsy stores them on your computer; your agents send what they work on to their providers; harnsy collects no telemetry.

harnsy is not affiliated with Anthropic, OpenAI or OpenCode.
